Available On-Farm, Beef, Order OnlineBrisket is perfect for the smoker, BBQ or slow cooker. It needs to be cooked slowly to break down the connective tissues but it's well worth the wait! The unique thing about this cut of beef is that it can be slow cooked so it’s fork tender, yet is still sliceable. It also has a better beefy flavour compared to other slow cooking beef cuts. Total cost is approximate and will be based on final weight at $14/lb. We have whole brisket which are typically 8-10lbs or point and flat which will be smaller.$85.00$85.00 -
