Our chickens are free run with access to a large outdoor paddock. In addition to the worm-eating and bug-scratching that they do the chickens eat non GMO grain that we grow ourselves along with plenty of fruits, vegetables and garden scraps.
We have a mix of heritage breeds in our flock and the eggs pack a nutritional punch with less cholesterol and saturated fat but more vitamin A and E, omega 3’s and beta carotene!
