Nordin Family Party!

It’s been too long since we’ve all gathered! I hope you can make it for a Nordin get together at our farm near Saskatoon over the September long weekend.
To make things easy we have set up a ticket system ($35/person). On Saturday evening we will have a BBQ/potluck and we will provide the smokies and/or burgers and buns. Please bring along a side to share (salad, veg, dessert or whatever you think) to round out that meal.
On Sunday Odla restaurant will cater the meal. This will be pulled pork on a bun with some salads.
BYOB both nights! We will provide paper plates, napkins and cutlery for everyone and I have plenty of tables and chairs but if you want to bring your favourite comfy lawn chair of course you are welcome to.
As far as whether or not kids need tickets, rather than a certain age cut off let’s just say, if your kids are very small and won’t really be eating the meals don’t worry about getting tickets for them but if they will eat the meals please purchase tickets for them.
I have a bunch of lawn games and can set up a tournament if people are interested and if you are musically inclined please bring your instrument for an evening jam!
For accommodations we have lots of space (not serviced) if you want to bring your camper or tent or if you’d be more comfortable in a hotel Saskatoon is only 15 minutes away with plenty of options. Check out www.tourismsaskatoon.com for more info on that.
