    Beef Brisket

    Brisket is perfect for the smoker, BBQ or slow cooker.  It needs to be cooked slowly to break down the connective tissues but it's well worth the wait!  The unique thing about this cut of beef is that it can be slow cooked so it’s fork tender, yet is still sliceable. It also has a better beefy flavour compared to other slow cooking beef cuts. Total cost is approximate and will be based on final weight at $14/lb. We have whole brisket which are typically 8-10lbs or point and flat which will be smaller.

With our bulk beef you won't have to think about buying meat every trip to the grocery store and you can't beat the price. You’ll get roughly 45 pounds (for an 1/8th), 90 pounds (for a 1/4) or 180 pounds (for a 1/2) of meat in a wide variety of cuts, outlined below. In our variety packs we make all of the cutting and wrapping decisions so that you don't have to, but if you want something specific, see "how do I customize my order" in the FAQ section. We will have beef in stock towards the end of October 2024 so orders submitted now will be filled around that time.

    Liver is one of the best sources of available iron and is also rich in zinc, phosphorus, selenium and copper.   It is loaded with vitamins A and B. Some people are concerned about liver because it's function is to filter toxins but it does not store them.  Instead, the liver stores many important nutrients, which can actually help the body remove toxins.
