Our chickens are free run with access to a large outdoor paddock. In addition to the worm-eating and bug-scratching that they do the chickens eat non GMO grain that we grow ourselves along with plenty of fruits, vegetables and garden scraps.
We have a mix of heritage breeds in our flock and the eggs pack a nutritional punch with less cholesterol and saturated fat but more vitamin A and E, omega 3's and beta carotene!

You’ll get roughly 45 pounds (for an 1/8th), 90 pounds (for a 1/4) or 180 pounds (for a 1/2) of meat in a wide variety of cuts, outlined below. In our variety packs we make all of the cutting and wrapping decisions so that you don't have to, but if you want something specific, see "how do I customize my order" in the FAQ section.
We will have beef in stock towards the end of October 2024 so orders submitted now will be filled around that time.
