The unique thing about this cut of beef is that it can be slow cooked so it’s fork tender, yet is still sliceable. It also has a better beefy flavour compared to other slow cooking beef cuts. Bundle up and hop aboard our horse-drawn sleigh for a peaceful 15-minute ride around the farmyard. Enjoy the crisp December air, take in the sights, and see some of our animals along the way. It’s the perfect way to slow down and soak in the season.
Warm Up & Get Cozy
After your ride, step into our welcoming farm store for hot cocoa and sweet treats. We’ll also be serving Farm One Forty sausage on a bun—an ideal snack before you settle in beside the crackling outdoor fire. Stay as long as you like and savour the atmosphere.
